HTC J Butterfly aka DROID DNA may (not) launch internationally as Deluxe DLX

Will it or won't it, that's the question. The authenticity of a series of leaks regarding the international launch of the first smartphone in the world with full-HD display has been brought into question with a recent post by HTC Germany. Earlier this month, Twitter user @evleaks, the account that has provided us with reliable information about many phones before they became official, tweeted this picture: This generated plenty of excitement in the blogosphere as people saw it as a sign of the impending mobile phone flex cable international release of the HTC J Butterfly. Featuring a 5-inch Super LCD 3 display with 1920x1080p display, HTC J Butterfly is the world's iPhone 4S Parts first smartphone with a full-HD 441 pixels-per-inch display and is available in Japan. Other features of the HTC J Butterfly include 1.5GHz Qualcomm S4 Pro quad-core processor, 2GB RAM and 16GB internal storage. The smartphone also comes with 8MP rear camera, 2MP front camera, Android 4.1 Jelly Bean, HTC Sense 4+ and 2020 mAh battery. Connectivity options include HDMI out, microUSB, Infrared, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 4.0, and NFC. The phone also released on Verizon in the United States with minor modifications as the HTC DROID DNA. Last week, three more pictures of the international version of the J Butterfly, purportedly called HTC Deluxe DLX, surfaced, sending rumour mills in a tizzy. However, HTC Germany took to Facebook to deny these reports saying "The Deluxe will unfortunately not come to Europe." Now before you get disappointed, that doesn't necessarily mean that HTC will not release Samsung Housing the phone in Europe. It probably means that the phone may be released in Europe under some other name. That in turn leads us to the question - is Deluxe DLX then HTC J Butterfly's name in Asian markets other than Japan? Let's hope we find out soon enough.
